In the free weight area of a gym, flooring systems are exposed to heavy loads. The flooring must protect the subfloor, provide an attractive appearance, and allow for easy installation and cleaning. The Premium Elastic Tile in black with a closed surface meets these requirements. The 100 × 100 cm format with a thickness of 2 cm can simply be laid loose and cut to size if required. Cleaning is straightforward and can be done easily with a damp cloth.

For the extension and redesign of the terrace at an inclusive kindergarten, a bright, safe, and heat-reducing terrace surface was required. The 50 × 50 cm elastic tiles in the custom color sand yellow create a friendly, low-barrier play area that blends harmoniously into the yellow color concept and appears bright even on cloudy days.

The elastic, pleasantly soft surface encourages children to play, explore, and move freely. The calm yellow tone is especially beneficial for autistic children, helping them feel safe and move around without sensory overstimulation.

A heavily frequented level crossing located at the junction of a federal road with regular truck turning traffic places high demands on the stability and maintainability of the rail fastening system. In this project, the CrossTrack Ultra level crossing system was used together with massive concrete track support slabs weighing approximately five tons each and the V Flow 60A PU rail fastening system.

The rail grout can be mixed using standard mixing equipment, enabling efficient installation. This solution ensures long-term durability, maintenance-friendly servicing, and a safe level crossing even under intensive traffic conditions.

Installation support was provided by specialist personnel from HET Elastomertechnik GmbH.

For a greened sleeper track installed on a steel trough bridge, the focus was on protecting the structure and ensuring reliable electrical insulation. Around 2,800 filler block elements for the 49E1 rail profile enable a future grass track covering while ensuring stable track guidance.

Approximately 1,300 m² of protection mats and ballast bed mats in the format 200 × 100 × 1 cm were installed in two layers with a total thickness of 2 cm. The mats were bonded horizontally and vertically onto the corrosion protection layer using the construction adhesive HET V Bond 40. This reduces wear caused by track ballast and provides long-term protection for the steel bridge trough.

During the refurbishment of a crane runway with rail replacement, the main focus was on repairing loose rail fastenings and ensuring a safe renewal of the fastening system. The V Fastening PU rail fastening system for MRS87A from HET Elastomertechnik GmbH was used for this project.

The rail grout was mixed and applied on site using standard mixing equipment. The result is a permanently stable rail fastening system, reduced downtime, and an efficient refurbishment process for the crane runway, supported by the technical expertise of HET specialist personnel.
