Rapid installation without heavy equipment
The CrossTrack Pro level crossing is based on a two-part sandwich module construction.
The individual elements can be manually inserted and replaced.
This considerably reduces closure times and also enables night-time or short-notice maintenance windows.
Permanent position fixation without panel migration
Many level crossing surfaces lose their position over time, causing noise, damage or rework.
CrossTrack Pro uses a patented clamping system for a force-fit and form-fit connection with the rail.
The modules remain stable in position, even under high lateral forces from lorry or bus traffic.
