Multipart Track System

Flexible insulation technology for sleeper tracks

Sleeper tracks place special demands on rail insulation, support and installation. The Multipart Track System has been specifically developed for this construction method, combining discrete continuous systems with high installation convenience. It is suitable for road and green tracks and has proven itself on thousands of kilometres of track.

Product Features

  • Vibration-damping
  • Electrical insulation capability / watertightness
  • Durability
  • Compatible with both hot-pour rail joint sealant and synthetic joint sealant
  • Ease of handling / precision fit
  • 100% recyclable
  • Positive environmental balance
  • No maintenance required

Elastic filler blocks within the system

The filler blocks play a central role in rail insulation technology. They enable elastic deflection of the track, reduce stray currents and provide reliable corrosion protection. Through their damping function, structure-borne noise and vibrations are effectively reduced. At the same time, they serve as abutments during the installation of asphalt, concrete or paving as well as supports for joint sealant.

Optimised for variable sleeper spacings

The system consists of upper and lower elements that are precisely matched to the respective rail profile. Variable lengths allow easy adaptation to different fastening spacings. Clearances beneath the rail foot ensure that vertical deflection is not impeded.

Efficient on the construction site

Compression lamellas in the Plus variant reduce cutting work and improve dimensional accuracy. Installation is quick and safe without additional assembly aids.

Standards-compliant performance

The Multipart Track System meets the requirements of DIN EN 50122 2 and DIN 45673 8 and is resistant to water, frost-thaw exposure and ageing.

Multipart Track System

  • Bulk density: ~1.1 g/cm3 (DIN 52102-RE-VB)
