Base pads for secure mounting of technical installations on flat roofs
Base pads provide a stable, protective and permanently secure foundation for technical installations on flat roofs. They enable the reliable positioning of mobile telecommunications equipment, solar systems, air conditioning units, switchgear cabinets and other technical components. Through their self-supporting design, base pads protect the roof waterproofing whilst simultaneously providing a firm and load-bearing connection with the respective installation.
Stability and protection for sensitive roof constructions
Base pads distribute loads evenly and prevent point loading of the roof membrane. This ensures that waterproofing and insulation remain permanently protected. Thanks to their own weight, loose installation is possible. Installation is carried out taking the respective wind loads into account.
Secure fastening through integrated thread solutions
Depending on the version, base pads feature one or more threads and enable a firm connection with technical installations. This ensures stable support and increases operational safety even under demanding environmental conditions.
Base Pad Type SPF01 for high loads
This version is suitable for larger and heavier installations. A hot-dip galvanised expanded metal insert ensures optimum load distribution. The integrated M20 threaded sleeve enables secure fastening.
Base Pad Types SPB10 and SPB50 for flexible applications
- These variants provide a stable base for small to medium-sized installations.
- SPB10 features one thread.
- SPB50 has five threads for modular fastening options.
