Cable Ducts
Professional cable routing on flat roofs
An organised cable routing system for flat roofs is essential for the reliable operation of sensitive systems. Specialised duct solutions safely guide cables across the roof, enable clear structuring and permanently protect cables from external influences. Particularly at mobile communications sites, this creates a precise, permanently stable installation.

Cable ducts for flat roofs and technical installations
Cable ducts provide safe, structured and durable cable management on flat roofs and technical installations. They protect waterproofing membranes, prevent mechanical damage, enable orderly installation of radio cables, supply lines and technical systems, and facilitate maintenance work. The cable ducts combine mechanical durability with sustainable material technology and offer a reliable solution for modern building infrastructure.
Protection, safety and longevity in one system
Cable ducts perform a dual protective function. They secure cables against external influences whilst simultaneously protecting roof waterproofing and insulation from mechanical stress. The elastomer moulded parts meet the requirements for protective layers in accordance with DIN 18195 Part 10.
Sustainable material for modern construction projects
The cable ducts are made entirely from recycled rubber granulate, bonded with a polyurethane binder. The material is chemically neutral, durable and resistant to environmental influences. This construction method combines ecological responsibility with technical performance.
Safe cable routing in the flat roof area
Cable ducts enable simple and safe installation of HF radio cables, power and supply cables. The cables are protected in integrated guide grooves and shielded against mechanical stress.
Available guide sizes:
- 7/8 inch
- 1 1/4 inch
- 1 5/8 inch
The low construction height from 9 cm reduces build-up heights and facilitates integration into existing roof systems.
Enhanced functionality through intelligent designs
Cable ducts are available in various widths. The wide version at 48 cm can additionally be used as an inspection walkway. Optionally, colour marking enables clear identification of maintenance paths and increases safety on the roof. Special versions without central guide rails provide additional space for connecting sleeves or transitions to technical installations.
Flexible installation and rapid assembly
Cable ducts can be used on virtually any substrate. Loose installation on bituminous waterproofing is possible, as is bonding with special adhesive depending on the application. For waterproofing membranes containing plasticisers, a separating layer of PP fibre fleece is recommended, which is temperature-resistant, moisture-insensitive and age-resistant. On gravel roofs, the gravel is pushed aside before installation and then repositioned.
The 100 cm long elements are connected using push-fit sleeves and enable rapid installation. Supplementary curved sections, T-elements and ramps provide flexible routing options and simple adaptation to any structural situation.
